Lyon County is a county in southwestern Minnesota. It's named for General Nathan Loyn. The county seat and largest town are Marshall.
It is bordered by Yellow Medicine, Redwood, Murray, Pipestone and Lincoln County.
The main roads through the county include US-14, US-59, MN-23, MN-19 and MN-68
